无显式 AI 标识导出责任确认书

当你申请下载不显示“AI 生成”显式标识的图片时，即表示你理解并同意：

1. 本功能仅移除页面明确说明的图片显式标识，不会删除文件元数据、数字水印、内容编号、生成记录或其他隐式溯源信息。
2. 公开发布或传播相关图片时，你仍应主动声明图片由 AI 生成，并使用发布平台提供的标识功能。
3. 不恶意删除、篡改、伪造或隐匿依法需要保留的生成合成内容标识，不为他人规避标识提供工具或帮助。
4. 不将相关图片用于误导、冒充、虚假宣传、侵权、欺诈或其他违法违规用途。
5. 因你未依法履行发布和传播环节的标识义务而产生的责任，由内容发布者依法承担；本确认不排除梦页依法应承担的责任。
6. 梦页会记录确认账号、协议版本、确认时间、必要设备和网络信息、相关内容编号及导出日志，并按照适用要求保存相关日志不少于六个月。
7. 梦页可以在发现违规使用、账号异常、标识风险或合规要求变化时暂停或撤销无显式标识下载权限。

本确认当前仅适用于页面明确支持的 AI 生成图片，不适用于视频或其他未明确支持的内容形式。

Confirmation for Exporting AI Images Without a Visible Label

By requesting image downloads without a visible “AI-generated” label, you acknowledge that hidden provenance data may remain, that you must disclose AI-generated content when publishing it, and that you must not remove required labels or use the content for deception, impersonation, infringement, or other unlawful purposes. Mengye may retain the confirmation and export logs for at least six months as required and may suspend this capability when misuse or compliance risks are identified. This setting currently applies only to supported image downloads.
